Continue with meditation practice schedule

  • Continue with daily shamatha meditation practice
  • Once a day set aside time for silent contemplation free of media, conversations, technology etc.

Speech (Dharma):

Find a time to connect with your group and complete the following:

As a group, please do a 15 shamatha meditation together, if you are not on zoom or in person just set a start and stop time so the meditation is happening at the same moment.
